Welcome to our first “Cup of Joe” newsletter!
As we wind up the 2010 year our focus is on providing you with the best possible and proactive business and tax services available. We are busy working on tax plans for many of you in order to maximize tax saving strategies to benefit you now in 2010. We are also preparing for the upcoming tax season by readying organizational tools for you to get your information to us timely. We would like to avoid any unnecessary or unwanted extensions. We are also cleaning up our accounts receivables as we like to start our year with a clean slate. We will be emailing statements of your account to date for all 2010 activities for your reference.
As we move into 2011, we plan to utilize email and electronic means as much as possible both for environmental and convenience reasons. This will be in the form of data collection, billing, newsletters, planning letters, and client copies if desired by you. In addition, we plan to provide payment options to include acceptance of major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
As mentioned in our tax planning letter we offer a 10% reduction of our fees for any and all referrals for that tax year should that referral utilize our services up to 100% (i.e. 10 solidified client referrals). This program is also available to our newly admitted clients. Our focus is on small and medium sized (under $25 million in assets) business clients including “moms and pops” and individuals with challenging tax issues. Our goal is to save our fees with comprehensive creative tax solutions.
We are also working on some very exciting and creative ways to better serve the tax needs of a broader range of taxpayers including the “almost do it yourself-ers”. More to come in our next Cup of Joe!
